1/2 c. Oil
3 Eggs
3 c. Flour, all-purpose
2 Tsp. Baking soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp. Cloves
3 lg. Bananas mashed (1-1/2 cups)
1/2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Raisins
1 1/2 c. Chopped pecans

This is my top favorite banana cake recipe baked in a tube pan ... I have made it for over fifteen years and its never once failed me. Its so easy, yet makes a lot!! In mixer bowl, cream together sugar, butter and oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Combine banana and milk; add to creamed mixture alternately with flour mixture, beating smooth after each addition. Stir in nuts (if desired) and raisins. Turn batter into a greased and floured ten inch tube pan. Bake 325 for one hour. Cool ten minutes, invert on wire rack and cool. (original poster .),
