Ingredients
1/4 c. Vegetable oil1 med. Onion, chopped
2 lg. Potatoes, cubed
1 Tsp. Cayenne
1/4 c. Lemon juice
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric
1 med. Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 ea. Green chili, seeded, sliced
1 ea. Dry red chili, seeded, crush
Directions
Heat oil in large pot over medium low heat. Add onion and cook till it turns brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in potatoes and cook till they begin to brown. Stir frequently. Add cayenne, lemon, salt and turmeric. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and chilies and stir well. Add about 1/4 c. water.
