Ingredients
2 lb. Fresh spinach;2 Tbs. Margarine;
1/2 c. Onion;
ds Each nutmeg, thyme, salt
ds. Fresh ground pepper
Directions
Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges. Add seasonings. Stir to blend. Add and toss to blend.
