Ingredients
1/4 c. Butter1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Coolaid mix, lively colors
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour
Sugar icing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine butter and sugar and coo laid mix; beat until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Add flour; mix well. Knead on well floured board until smooth. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters, dipped in powdered sugar. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly and decorate with icing as you would sugar cookies. Make a lot of batches in different colors, the kids love them. Makes 12 cookies 5 inches big. Store well too.
