Ingredients
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil2 lb. Tofu, cubed
1/2 lb. Button mushrooms
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Flour
2 ea. Vegetable bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
3 Tbs. Soy sauce
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tbs. Gray poupon mustard
GARNISH: 3 ea. Green onions, chopped
1 Tbs. Cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions
In a wok, heat 2 Tbs. oil to medium hot, add the tofu and fry until they change color. Remove the tofu and lightly saute the mushrooms. Remove and add the rest of the oil. Blend in the flour, dissolved bouillon, soy sauce, pepper and mustard. Put tofu and mushrooms back in the wok, cover and cook over very low heat for 15 minutes. Garnish and serve.
