4 lg. Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cubed4 ea. Green bell peppers, grilled, seeded and diced
1 ea. Cucumber, peeled, center core removed and diced
1 Tbs. Chili peppers, seeded and diced
Salt and pepper
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
3 Tbs. Olive oil
2 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
1/4 Tsp. Cumin
2 ea. Garlic cloves, chopped
