Ingredients
20 oz. Silken tofu16 oz. Vanilla soymilk
1 Tbs. Vanilla extract
1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbs. Brown sugar
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric
1/2 c. Brandy or rum, optional
Nutmeg
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg. Blending thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg. **NOTE: This vegan eggnog is rather susceptible to the flavor of alcohol, so you amy want to start with smaller amounts if adding alcohol to your nog and add more as necessary.
