1 c. Skim milk1 3/4 oz. Frozen raspberries *
2 Tbs. Ice cream, low fat
2 Tsp. Sweetener
* unsweetened
Directions
Any other fruit or berry could be used if frozen and not in so large pieces. Put all ingredients in a mixer, you may put away some raspberries for garnishing.
