I was looking up this recipe online to make when I was away from home. The above recipe is not the classic Julia Child recipe for chocolate mousse, so I'm confused. The classic recipe calls for rum or another liquer (I use triple-sec)and does not use heavy cream at all. While this recipe may be good, this is definitely a different recipe version from the one that everyone raves about from her book Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Just so you know...
