It turned out pretty well, although the taste was pretty average. I did substitute applesauce for oil, because 1 1/2 cup oil is ridiculous. I also didn't add pineapple because I didn't have it and I wasn't sure how much. Perhaps a small can would have increased the flavor quality. I might try this one again.
